Everyone has a time in their life when they are just at their breaking point. Maybe it’s after a breakup or divorce, having a baby, starting a new job, or any other big life change. You may have listened to numerous podcasts about how to improve your mental health, read self-help books, attended online classes and webinars, but you still struggle to feel self-worth and hopeful about your future and are afraid that things won’t get better. A lot of us tend to keep these struggles to ourselves and put on a brave face to the world. You want to rely on the people around you, but it’s hard to trust their opinion and it’s scary to share what you’re really thinking, because they might judge you. However, in my experience in working with clients, I’ve found it can be extremely helpful to share your struggles with a professional who can help.

Why Individual Therapy?

Individual therapy is a way to make sense of what is going on in your life and help you find a way to navigate it all. I will spend time getting to know all that there is to know about you and then together, we can discuss what concerns are bringing you in and how we can get you to where you want to be.
