Consultations are not required before booking an appointment, but a free 15-minute phone consultation is offered if you need to ask some questions, etc. before scheduling an appointment!
Most clients prefer to meet every week or every other week. The frequency of sessions depends on what the client/s are wanting to work on and the severity. I have found that clients who come to therapy weekly or biweekly make the most progress and see the most improvement.
I am glad you are dedicated to getting the most out of your sessions. Your active participation and dedication (inside and outside of the therapy room) will be crucial to your success. Taking what is learned in sessions and applying it is how progress happens.
