Cheryl enjoys working with couples and adults. As a parent, she understands the challenges that come with raising children and the importance of feeling supported while walking with your child through their own unique journey. As a Registered Nurse, Cheryl has experience providing care and support to patients and caregivers who face various challenges with empathy and understanding. As a counselor, she believes in creating a therapeutic relationship with her clients while using an eclectic approach including Gottman Method for couples, Emotionally Focused Therapy, as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. She is also a Prepare/Enrich Certified Facilitator, helping couples strengthen their relationships through proven assessment and skill-building tools.
Cheryl cherishes spending time with her husband, four sons, and one amazing daughter-in law. She loves traveling to different parts of the country and creating lasting memories with family and friends. She enjoys spending time with a good book, running the trails of The Woodlands, and meaningful conversations with friends over coffee.
