Cheryl enjoys working with couples and adults. As a parent, she understands the challenges that come with raising children and the importance of feeling supported while walking with your child through their own unique journey. As a Registered Nurse, Cheryl has experience providing care and support to patients and caregivers who face various challenges with empathy and understanding. As a counselor, she believes in creating a therapeutic relationship with her clients while using an eclectic approach including Gottman Method for couples, Emotionally Focused Therapy, as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
Cheryl cherishes spending time with her husband, four sons, and one amazing daughter-in law. She loves traveling to different parts of the country and creating lasting memories with family and friends. She enjoys spending time with a good book, running the trails of The Woodlands, and meaningful conversations with friends over coffee.
