Hi, I’m Ashley — a trauma-informed therapist who believes healing begins in the safety of connection. I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Sam Houston State University and have experience supporting survivors of domestic violence, trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and life transitions.
My approach is relational and integrative. I help clients understand how their past experiences shape their present patterns and guide them toward greater self-awareness, balance, and compassion. I often integrate EMDR with parts work to support trauma healing in a grounded and empowering way, and I draw from polyvagal-informed techniques to help regulate and restore a sense of safety within the body.
I also work with clients navigating addiction, using motivational interviewing to strengthen hope, motivation, and readiness for change. Above all, I aim to create a space where you feel seen, supported, and encouraged to grow in your own time and at your own pace.
It’s my honor to walk alongside you as you rediscover your strength, resilience, and capacity for healing.
