I believe healing begins when people feel seen, heard, and accepted without judgment. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and collaborative space where you can explore life’s challenges, gain insight, and develop the confidence to move forward.
I am passionate about working with adolescents and adults who struggle with identity and anxiety in relationships. You may find yourself questioning your worth, feeling disconnected from who you are, or caught in patterns of people-pleasing, insecurity, or fear of rejection. Whether you’re navigating family relationships, romantic relationships, friendships, or major life transitions, you deserve a space where you can better understand yourself and build healthier connections with others.
My therapeutic approach is warm, compassionate, and evidence-based. I integrate Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Structural Family Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing to help clients develop healthier thought patterns, improve communication, strengthen relationships, and build resilience. I tailor each session to your unique experiences, strengths, and goals.
I believe lasting change begins with self-awareness and self-compassion. Together, we’ll identify the patterns that are keeping you stuck, discover practical tools to help you manage anxiety, and work toward developing a stronger sense of identity and more fulfilling relationships. If you’re ready to take the next step toward healing and growth, I would be honored to support you on your journey.
