Kelly Kilpatrick

Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor

Taking the step to begin counseling is not always easy, and finding the right fit matters.
Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, struggling with anxiety or stress, navigating
relationship challenges, or going through a difficult transition, you do not have to navigate
it alone. Many clients are simply looking for a place to feel heard, gain clarity, and find a more manageable way forward.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPC-S), I bring extensive experience
working with adolescents, including the past 10 years providing counseling in a high school setting. I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and have supported clients through a wide range of concerns, including emotional regulation, peer and family relationships, and life transitions. I enjoy working with adolescents and young adults as they navigate these important stages and begin to develop a stronger sense of identity, confidence, and direction.

In addition to my work with adolescents, I have experience supporting adults through life stressors, transitions, and relationship challenges. I have also worked closely with parents in supporting their children, which has strengthened my ability to understand the dynamics between individuals and families and provide practical, supportive guidance.

I also bring a background in the medical field, holding a bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Science. Through both my medical and counseling experience, I have worked with individuals across different stages of life, including older adults and families impacted by dementia and Alzheimer’s. This has shaped my ability to take a well-rounded, holistic approach and to understand both the emotional and practical aspects of care.

My approach is person-centered and solution-focused. I focus on building a strong, trusting therapeutic relationship and creating a space that feels comfortable, supportive, and non-
judgmental. I strive to provide an environment where clients feel at ease being themselves while also gaining insight, building resilience, and developing tools they can use in their daily lives.
Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy lake life, spending time boating, and being with friends and family. I also enjoy staying active and spending time outdoors.

Together, we can work through what you are facing and begin to move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and direction.
