Insurance
Amongst all of our providers, we accept the following insurances: Aetna, United Health Care, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas, Curative, Oxford, Oscar, Quest Behavioral Health, Horizon Blue Cross and Blue Shield of New Jersey, Independence Blue Cross Pennsylvania, Cigna, SmartHealth, and Carelon Behavioral Health
*Not every provider is in network with every insurance company. Please reach out to us to see which provider can take your insurance or look at their individual profiles!*.
Unfortunately, insurance companies control how counselors provide therapy such as how many weeks of treatment you can get, how long the sessions can last, and how often you can come to therapy. A diagnosis is also required for reimbursement. Being an out-of-network provider helps me focus on giving you unrestricted and individualized care without the burden of being controlled by their policies.
The bottom line is this, your insurance company does not know what you’re going through, how to treat you, or what is best for you.
Another important factor to consider is that I can keep your information, such as notes, completely secure and confidential and there will be no mental health diagnosis on your permanent health record (unless you request it or decide to submit super bills).
I am happy to provide you with a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company as some will cover out-of-network care.
Cancellation Policy
